Hyperizers – Don’t Criticize (Hyperize)

10 08 2009

Mo Williams aka Fog Raw, Kevin Durant aka Velvet Hoop, Rashard Lewis aka Ice-O, and Andre Iguodala aka Chief Blocka recorded a brand new song called “Don’t Criticize (Hyperize)” for Nike. Velvet Hoop kills his verse but the gold medal video performance goes to Fog Raw. That jheri curl is extra-fly.

Delonte West: KFC Freestyle

5 08 2009

Cleveland Cavalier, Delonte West & DC rapper, KayeM freestyle at a KFC parking lot. Its pretty clear what Delonte does over the summer… rockin ‘em Gucci sunglasses at night and shit, we know what your up to man, we just wanna know what your smoking.

Drake Falls on Stage

1 08 2009

Drake took a chance when he decided to perform on the America’s Most Wanted tour with an injured knee, and that chance turned out badly on Friday night, when he had a nasty fall and had to be helped offstage at the Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden, New Jersey. He tore his ACL several weeks ago playing basketball and from the looks of it, he may be in sync with his alter ego Wheel Chair Jimmy Again.

Prior to all that, Lil’ Wayne had some jokes to go with his punchlines.

Drake’s New Sitcom

30 07 2009

Young Money rapper Drake is set to star in a new sitcom titled “Us and Them.” Toronto-based the Nightingale Company said Canadian actor and rap artist Drake  is to develop a new comedy series for the indie producer. It’s a sitcom about best buddies — and polar opposites – trying to make their way in the entertainment industry. His co-star will be Mazin Eisadig. The sitcom will air in Canada.

Drake acted in Degrassi: The Next Generation, a teen drama series (aired on both U.S. & Canadian Television) in which he played Jimmy Brooks, a popular school athlete who was shot by a classmate and confined to a wheelchair.

The Campaign for the 09-10 Season Begins

2 07 2009

With the recent signing of Shaquille O’neal, the Cavaliers are on top of the world. It’s only been a couple of weeks into off-season and they manage to snatch a power house such as Shaq. I read a couple hours ago that they’re also trying to acquire Trevor Ariza, Ron Artest, or Rasheed Wallace in addition to Shaq.

The video below is a fan made rap by “Debonair” to answer to Lil Wayne’s song, Kobe Bryant. The season hasn’t even begun and the propaganda begins. Since Lebron was drafted in 2003, his career was based and built up on hype. Also, all through his career he continually answers with great numbers season by season. As a die-hard Laker fan, I’m scared to even imagine the Cavs picking up any other key players, specially coming up short this year.

“but drake, all you ever taught us how to do was stretch”

1 07 2009

On the final day of the two-day NYC shoot, the Kanye directed clip has a high school theme & if I’m not mistaken, Drake known as Jimmy on the Canadian show Degrassi played a similar role, a girls basketball coach.

But honestly though, this video was kinda stupid, if it wasn’t for ‘em “boobilicious hinas” & the all star cameo appearances by Ye, Common, Amber Rose, Fabolous, DJ Clue and Trey Songz, it would have not done me justice what so ever. (excuse my improper english)
