So what’s a day in the life of NBA MVP Kobe Bryant like? When he’s not dunking on the court or jumping over a moving car, Ashton Martin to be exact, he’s just himself, Kobe Bryant. Kobe Bryant and ESPN have teamed up with “He Got Game” director Spike Lee to produce “A Day in the Life” of Kobe Bryant. I believe it drops in May 2009. Can’t wait.
Ahah! Remember this?! I recently ran into it again and i still cant get over how funny this is.
Two years ago, directors Spike Lee and Clint Eastwood got into a pissing match about Eastwood’s two Iwo Jima films. Lee was upset that there wasn’t a single African-American soldier in either movie, arguing that Eastwood was perpetuating old Hollywood stereotypes that denied the role of black soldiers in WWII. Eastwood responded by saying that Lee should “shut his face.” I myself have not seen any of the two Iwo Jima films so I can’t favor a side yet but I highly recommend this movie.
